Little Red Wagon Challenge #370- Chilly Friends

Hey there! I'm the hostess this week here at Little Red Wagon. This week I have chosen a theme called Chilly Friends. I would love to see some Penguins, Polar Bears and maybe even a Yetti!!! Let's see all the fun Chilly Friends everyone posts.

I used the new My Favorite Things stamps called Polar Bear Pals. I colored them with my Prismacolor pencils and blended with Gamsol.

I will be posting my top picks next Tuesday on The Little Red Wagon blog.

Have fun!

Challenge #368 It's Embossable!

Hi Everyone!
It's another week here at Little Red Wagon and we have a new challenge up for you - It's Embossable!  For my card creation I used a swirl embossing folder and highlighted the embossing with  silver metallic chalk, just to make it pop a little bit. You can use either an ink or dry embossing method - LOTs of options here!  Add your creation to the link below and remember this challenge will end next Tuesday.
You can see what the girlfriends have created below.
Have a wonderful week, I'll be back next Tuesday to make my selections.

Challenge #367 ~ Let's Get Sketchy!

Good morning.  Welcome to a new challenge.  It's Heather and I am your hostess for this week.  My challenge for you is to follow the sketch below.  I really enjoy using sketches as a starting point.  You can flip it, use embellishments where I added them (or not) as long as I see the basic sketch in your project.

Here is my take:

Check out the great makes from all of the other girlfriends below and come join us.  Can't wait to see what you create.  I will be back on Tuesday to pick my favourites.

Challenge # 366 - Happy Fall Y'all!

Happy Wednesday, all.....or I guess I should say, y'all.  This week the challenge is "Happy Fall Y'all" which means we want to see your autumn projects!  And remember, it doesn't have to be a card, any papercraft make goes.

This is what I did....

Really, what could be more fall than a turkey holding a pumpkin?

If you'd like more inspiration be sure to check out the wonderful projects the Girlfriends have created. Then, head back here and link up.

Can't wait to see what you create!

Top Picks - Challenge #365 (Stencil It!)

Thanks to all who participated in last week's Stencil It! challenge. I had such fun looking through the projects and learning new things! As always, I found it quite difficult to narrow things down to just a few, but here are my top picks from the challenge:

Karen used drywall tape for her stencilling!

Nancy used an aspen tree stencil for the gorgeous card she made for her husband - made to celebrate their 51st wedding anniversary!

Atop her stencilled clouds, Cyndi used acetate for her interactive card with multiple balloons popping up!

Congratulations, ladies! Please remember to grab your badge from the right and post it proudly on your blog!
