Little Red Wagon Challenge #356- Happy Birthday!

Hi there! Donna here again to host the challenge this week. I am always in need of Birthday cards and I thought you all might as well. So this week the theme is Happy Birthday! Just create a birthday card or project and link it below. I will post my top pics here next Tuesday. And don't forget to grab your top pick badge if you are chosen.

For my card I used a stamp from My Favorite Things cute little pigs set. My card is an easel card too. I just gave this card to my daughter last week for her special day. She really liked it too.

So let's celebrate birthdays this week! I can't wait to see what you create!

Have fun!
Donna

Surfs Up Featured Projects

I'm a little late with this post, the 6 hour time difference sometimes throws me for a loop and too often, there are just not enough hours in the day.    Here are my most favorite projects from the Surfs Up challenge.

What a beautiful scene!

Just an amazing project!

I love the background!

Thanks everyone for joining in last week.  All the projects were amazing and I'm so happy you shared with us here at Little Red Wagon!  Hope you'll join in again this week.

Challenge #355 - Surfs Up!

Hi everyone!  Well, school is starting here and Summer is winding down other places, so I thought it might be fun to do a Surf's Up challenge to usher it out with style.  Now, for this challenge I had in mind, literally surfing or ocean type scenes with mermaid or fishes...but to make it easier lets just go with anything tropical.

Here's my card featuring a Sandra Caldwell image from Babycakes Digis and Designs.  For more fabulous inspiration, be sure to pop in to see what the Girlfriends have designed, I know for a fact they have wonderful takes on the tropical theme.

I'm hoping you'll join us this week at Little Red Wagon.  We are looking forward to seeing what your create!

Challenge # 354 - In Sympathy

Happy Wednesday, all!  This week the challenge is "In Sympathy" which mean that we want to see your sympathy makes.

This is what I did....

I know it's not the easiest theme....but I find it's so much better to have a card already in my stash rather than have to specifically make one up when needed.  For this challenge we'll also accept cards that offer encouragement or "thinking of you" projects as I know this is a toughie.  However, please limit your entries to those makes that are clearly in that vein.  All purpose cards, (for example, cards without a sentiment) will not be accepted, and might be deleted from the link up.  Thank you for respecting the terms of this challenge.

If you'd like more inspiration be sure to check out the wonderful projects the Girlfriends have created. Then, head back here and link up.

Can't wait to see what you create!

Challenge #353 ~ CASE A Card

Hello everyone.  Welcome to a new challenge today.  It's Heather and it is my turn to hostess this week's challenge.  My theme title "CASE A Card".  Now are you all familiar with what that means?  CASEing a card basically means "copy and share everything" or as some people say "copy and steal everything".  So my challenge is for you to copy a card from someone that inspires you.  Make sure you give credit to the person you have cased, otherwise it really is just stealing.

There are many people in the crafting world that I am inspired by.  I looked through a number of blogs and decided I would use a former girlfriend from here to case, Tracy.  And the card I chose to case was this one:

There was just something about the layout and the colours that truly inspired me.  Here's my version:

So why not join us this week and show us a  card that is CASEd from someone that inspires you.  I am so looking forward to seeing what you all create.

Hugs, Heather
